I am the founder and CEO of Āvalore. I work as a consultant, trainer, facilitator and executive coach with CEOs, executives and the management team of multinational organizations, in the areas of awareness and self-regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, leadership and change management. The research into these areas, started when I was very young, allowed me to refine many tools for potential development.
Thanks to my creativity and flexibility, combined with my ability to analyze and understand situations, I design and create every time unique interventions, customized and usable in the context in which they will be implemented, making the desired objectives easier to be reached.
My long experience as a coach, started in 2003, allowed me to accrue an extensive expertise and effectiveness after over 7,000 hours of activity with c-level executives, extensive expertise and effectiveness in Crisis Management, Relationship Analysis, Strategic Team Coaching, Executive Coaching and Shadow Coaching.

I am a consultant, coach and trainer, able to understand situations related to individuals and teams. Thanks to my talent, I lead individuals towards self-development, at the same time supporting the ability to grow in a group or grow a group. This allows me to walk people towards their objectives.
Trained at the Future Coaching Academy by the founder of the W. Stabenthainer method, I started my experience as coach in 2013. Since then, I accumulated over 2,500 hours of coaching at the service of middle management and c-level executives in companies and in the life area. I have developed expertise and effectiveness in Relationship Analysis, Team Coaching, Executive Coaching and Shadow Coaching. I have also developed a significant experience in research into training.
Marco Leoni
In 2011, I trained at the Future Coaching Academy and since then I have been Coach and Trainer of this method, with a special focus on effective communication towards the other.
Fascinated by public speaking, since I was 20 years old I have been involved in play and theatre activities and specialization courses held by prominent people in the industry.
Today, I like sharing this great passion of mine, circulate and teach it to the others taking it to company settings through the FUTURE method.
Annalisa Angelini
I am counselor and coach, and I specialize in supporting transformation processes in people. I strongly believe in the power of a multidisciplinary approach to change.
My deep curiosity for the world and love for research led me to a degree in anthropology, a Master in business administration, a Master in human resources management and development, a three year counseling somatic-relational specialization school and a certification as professional coach from the Future Coaching Academy.
Through such studies, I was able to work with people, focusing on support to change, by identifying and letting internal resources emerge.
I have over 20 years’ experience as freelance journalist and Senior Project Manager, mainly in media, publishing, communication, but also with international consulting companies engaged on transition and the surfacing of relational and innovation skills. I designed and managed a series of international cultural events on storytelling and cultural innovation. I speak English and French fluently and I have a strong knowledge of Portuguese.
Marco Bertola
I am an MCC certified coach with ICF, a trainer and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the field of leadership, change management, and coaching. I have worked internationally as both an external consultant and as an internal consultant within large multinational corporations.
As a coach, I collaborate with Modern Health and as a mentor and supervisor with various coach training programs, such as the one at the University of Saint Joseph in Philadelphia, among others.

Giuseppe Amato
Since I was very young, I have always been passionate about working at the service of human growth, and this motivated my study career: therefore in Philosophy I rediscover my passion for research; in Psychology and Pedagogy the possibility to learn about human psychological and social functioning; in Counseling and Coaching the capability to help individuals in developing their potentials.
In 2000, I started to teach, refining teaching and methodological skills that I later used in adult training. In the same period, as a pedagogue, I carried out interventions for teenagers’ easiness promotion and the prevention of risky actions, while in relation to addictions, I design pedagogic interventions for the prevention of alcohol and drugs consumption on workplaces and I help drug addicts to go back to their work and social life.
Since 2003, I’ve been supporting entrepreneurs, CEOs and managers in development processes to enhance skills on leadership and on excellence management and to focus on their organizations’ human capital. With them, I design and carry out interventions regarding Assessment and Development Center, Counseling, Coaching and Training to develop soft skills.
Massimo Tricarico
Work psychologist, trainer, and coach, with twenty years of experience as a trainer on psychosocial topics and as an individual and team coach (PCC-ICF). Expert in assessment processes (potential and performance) and in evaluating organizational climates and cultures. Collaborates with various university departments at Sapienza University of Rome, where he conducts interventions on the role of the trainer and experiential training techniques, particularly through the use of artistic metaphors (theater, music).
After graduating in Work and Organizational Psychology (Sapienza University), he further explored potential assessment topics through assessment centers and the detection of organizational climates using qualitative and quantitative techniques. He delved into group dynamics by participating in numerous T-groups. Later, he trained as a coach, obtaining the Professional Certified Coach credential from ICF Global.

Sebastiano Gavasso
Coach, teacher, actor, and trainer. After graduating with honors in Philosophy from the University of Roma Tre, he earned a degree in Acting and Directing from the International Academy of Theater in Rome. He furthered his acting training by spending a year in Perth, Western Australia, where he graduated from the Perth Actors Collective. He has over a decade of experience as a professional actor in theater, film, and television in Italy and abroad (New York, Perth, Berlin, New Delhi). He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), trained at the Future Coaching Academy in Milan, specializing in Core Coaching. He is involved in theatrical training in institutional (School-Work Alternation), corporate (TeatroAzienda), and extra-corporate (workshops and laboratories for individuals or groups) contexts. His training focus is related to mindset, problem-solving, public speaking, verbal and nonverbal communication.
