Goals

Listening is one of the core tools. A tool that, if understood in its power, can change the way of looking at relational processes. A tool that, if trained, can become an integral part of the relationship with the other, already making exchanges rich and intense moments.

The workshop aims to allow participants to learn more about the different listening levels, working with direct experiences.

Contents

Through practical exercises, listening will be trained on all levels in order to strengthen the participant’s ability to listen and collect information through structured listening on a verbal, non-verbal and para-verbal level.

The listening levels will finally be lowered in specific professional contexts to consolidate competence with practice, clarifying the possible benefits in the relational context.
